Training
Subject to the number of employees and level of service required, Chemist On Call offers a range of training and support options:

Face to Face Workshop – a member of the management team will spend 1 – 2 hours on workshops for line managers, explaining the importance of the service and how to use the website or telephone service. Each workshop can have up to 20 line managers in attendance from operations, HR, HSE, etc.

Teleconference – we offer access to an online training facility and this can be explained by telephone enabling clients to practice on the system before the go live date.

Posters – available as A4 PDF, or A3 hard copy.

Employee Card – size of a credit card, for individuals to show GP and/or Pharmacists reminding them of their safety critical status.

Newsletters – available bi-annually providing helpful tips and reminders. All Chemist On Call Newsletters are available in our Newsletter Archive.
